Natasha is a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist. She specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults who have suffered trauma or are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, or loss.
Natasha provides a caring and compassionate environment that facilitates deep work toward healing and resilience. She uses an integrative approach that involves attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, EMDR, parts work, Adlerian play therapy, and expressive arts to guide her practice.
Natasha is a graduate of the University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work (GCSW) as a Trauma Fellow. She earned her undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Cum Laude, 1995 from Simon Bolivar University in Venezuela. She worked doing research at the National Oil Company in Venezuela until 2003, when she moved to the United States with her husband and children.
Natasha is trained to do forensic evaluations for immigration cases and collaborates with organizations that help immigrants and asylum seekers in Houston.
As a hobby, Natasha enjoys creating miniatures for the sandtray and going for walks, especially at the beach. Natasha has raised three children of her own and has been married for more than 25 years.
Maria McGreger has a successful career with over 20 years of experience in the art field, holding degrees in fine art and art history.
Maria is a bilingual (English and Spanish) therapist in training. She is culturally responsive, community-involved, and an ethical professional. Her interest in the functional applications of psychology and art for healing and empowerment inspired her to pursue a Master's in Clinical Mental Health and Counseling at Lamar University.
Maria is committed to caring for people in a way that welcomes diverse views and lived experiences, fosters an open environment utilizing the creative process, and provides compassionate assistance to individuals, the community, and beyond. She started her EMDR Therapy training in February of 2023. She is training in other evidence-based practices applied to creative healing while developing an integrative theoretical approach that best suits her clients.
When Elizabeth “Beth” Reese graduated from high school, she wanted to be a therapist. However, life has many different paths, and it is only in her 50s that Beth is now finally pursuing that dream. With multifaceted experiences on her way to “growing up,” she is currently working on a degree in Clinical Mental Health and Counseling from Lamar University. Beth integrates evidence-informed biology, psychology, creativity, play, compassion, mindfulness, movement, and cultural responsiveness in her work as a counselor. Beth is passionate about collaborating with clients of all ages to support them in living their most purposeful, wholehearted, and fulfilled life.
Beth has advanced yoga and mindfulness training and a Ph.D. in art museum education. She has experience teaching art, art education, art museum education, yoga, and mindfulness in public and private schools, universities, and also to adults in various community settings. As the founder of Yogiños: Yoga for Youth®, Beth is the co-creator of an adult training program and on-demand school curriculum.
Beth grew up in Maryland and moved to Texas as soon as she could. She is the proud momma of 3 kids, two dogs, and one cat. Beth looks forward to supporting and empowering you and your family on your personal journey to healing and joy.
